The Ex-Files
This episode (link to full episode above) is all about relationships: Henry and Grace are sharing memories, Alison and Jack are together and dealing with guilt over their past significant others (i.e. Nathan and Tess), and Jo is missing other timeline Zane. The Ex-Files is important in that it allows each of these characters to deal with their feelings without getting all angsty, except for maybe Jo, who had become the personification of romantic angst (or romangst to the Smart Bitches over at SBTB.com) over the first half of season 4. What I really liked about this episode was that Jo realized that she was idealizing her relationship with Zane in the other timeline, which allowed her to move on and grow.
